*** Please note that orders placed after Sunday 19th December may not arrive before Christmas ***

Please be sure to place your order by midnight on Sunday 19th December for the best chance of Christmas delivery.

If you place your order by midnight on Sunday it will be despatched on Monday or Tuesday with Royal Mail Tracked 48. This means it *should* get to you by Christmas Eve. However, Royal Mail are short of staff due to Covid related absences and some deliveries are taking longer than normal so we cannot 100% guarantee that your order will arrive by Christmas.

When your order is despatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can track your parcel. You will also receive a text and email from Royal Mail with information about when your parcel will be delivered. Please bear in mind that once your order has left us we have no control over how long the delivery will take and we are not able to chase or expedite an order once it has been despatched. If your order has not been delivered after 7 days, please get in touch.

Orders over £50 will require a signature, so bear in mind that if you are not around to receive your parcel you may need to re-arrange delivery or collect your parcel from the post office.

We will still be shipping orders right up until 23rd December but obviously the later you place your order the less likely it is to arrive before Christmas.
