We despatch all orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Royal Mail’s latest service announcement states that while most deliveries are taking place as normal, there may be disruption in some areas due to coronavirus related absences.
Your despatch confirmation email will contain a tracking link which you can use to check the latest status of your parcel. If you have not received your parcel after 7 days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our UK standard delivery costs are as follows:
Standard delivery to UK mainland with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3 to 7 working days) £3.95
We offer free standard delivery to the UK mainland on orders over £50
We do not deliver outside of the UK at present.
We really hope you love your purchase. But if you are not happy with the item, for any reason, then you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.
We simply ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing email@example.com and tell us whether you would like a refund or replacement. After you have informed us that you are returning the item, you have a further 14 days to send it back to us at the address provided.
The cost of return postage is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will refund your return postage costs.
Please note that if the returned item is not in a saleable condition, we may not be able to issue a refund and we will have to send the item back to you.
We recommend that you return your item to us using a service that provides you with proof of postage.
When we have received the item in a suitable condition we will process the refund or replacement within two working days.
