Delivery updates

Please be assured that we are open for business and operating as normal, whilst keeping ourselves and others safe.

We are despatching daily, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 services for all standard deliveries. Royal Mail’s latest service announcement states that while most deliveries are taking place as normal, there may be disruption in some areas due to coronavirus related absences. 

Your despatch confirmation email will contain a tracking link which you can use to check the latest status of your parcel. If you have not received your parcel after 7 days, please email us at hello@yoyoandflo.com.

Our UK standard delivery costs are as follows 

Standard delivery to UK mainland (3 to 7 working days)  £3.75

We offer free standard delivery to the UK mainland on orders over £50 

For deliveries outside the UK

Please email us with details of the items that you wish to purchase. We will get back to you with the best quote for delivery to your chosen country. 

Returns 

We really hope you love your purchase. But if you are not happy with the item, for any reason, then you can return it to us and we will refund the cost of the product. We simply ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing returns@yoyoandflo.com and tell us whether you would like a refund or replacement. After you have informed us that you are returning the item, you have a further 14 days to send it back to us. Post your item back to us at the address shown on your delivery note included in your parcel. Please note that if the item is not in a saleable condition, we may not be able to issue a refund and we will have to send the item back to you.

We inspect all our items before they are sent to you and we take great care over our packaging. But if in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please send it back to us using the method described above. If you would like a replacement we will send you a replacement if the item is in stock and refund the cost of the return postage. If the item is not in stock, we will give you a refund. If you would like a refund we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of delivery and return postage.

However, we cannot refund the cost of delivery for items that are simply unwanted. We always recommend that you return your item to us using a service that provides you with proof of postage.

When we have received the item in a suitable condition we will process the refund or replacement within two working days.
