What delivery options do you offer?
For deliveries to the UK mainland you can choose one of the following delivery options:
- Standard delivery £3.45
- First class delivery (Royal Mail 1st class ) £4.45
- Free standard delivery on UK mainland orders over £50 (with Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For or a tracked courier service).
Most orders are shipped using Royal Mail. We use a tracked courier service for larger items.
Delivery to EU countries - £11.85
We deliver to countries within the EU using Royal Mail's international tracked and signed for service. For some of our larger items, such as the Fiona Walker semi sized animal heads and some of the larger wooden toys, there may be additional delivery charges. Charges will be applied when you change the destination country in the cart. Larger items will be sent via courier.
Deliveries outside the UK and EU
We are happy to deliver to countries outside the EU. However, as shipping costs vary depending on weight and destination, please get in touch with us and we will give you a quote for delivery of the item(s) you require. When will you despatch my order?
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of order. Orders placed on Bank Holidays, Friday after 12pm or at the weekend will be despatched on the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 2 to 5 working days from despatch
First class delivery (Royal Mail 1st class): Royal Mail aim to deliver in one working day from despatch
How will my order be packaged?
We take great care with our packaging to ensure you that you are delighted with your order when it arrives. Orders are carefully packaged to protect them from damage in transit. We are mindful of the environment when making our packaging choices, so we try to recycle outer packaging material if possible. If you find bubble wrap in your parcel, please be assured that we have recycled it from somewhere else!
What is your returns policy?
We really hope you love your purchase. But if you are not happy with the item, for any reason, then you can return it to us and we will refund the cost of the product. We simply ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing email@example.com and tell us whether you would like a refund or replacement. After you have informed us that you are returning the item, you have a further 14 days to send it back to us. Post your item back to us at the address shown on your delivery note included in your parcel. Please note that if the item is not in a saleable condition, we may not be able to issue a refund and we will have to send the item back to you.
We inspect all our items before they are sent to you and we take great care over our packaging. But if in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please send it back to us using the method described above. If you would like a replacement we will send you a replacement if the item is in stock and refund the cost of the return postage. If the item is not in stock, we will give you a refund. If you would like a refund we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of delivery and return postage.
However, we cannot refund the cost of delivery for items that are simply unwanted. We always recommend that you return your item to us using a service that provides you with proof of postage.
When we have received the item in a suitable condition we will process the refund or replacement within two working days.
